Phoebe is a six-month-old, long-haired dachshund who joined her family during the pandemic puppy boom. This little girl has Dr. Kupkee wrapped around her little finger/paw, as he often insists "butter wouldn't melt in her mouth." In addition to being adorable, Phoebe is a bottomless pit of energy, pouncing on her toys and running her brother Zeus ragged. World, meet Nate. He's our October - or shall we say "Dach-tober" - Pet Of The Month!

Nate is a 12-year-old Dachshund who was found wandering in the streets as the housing market collapsed. When no one claimed him, the family who found him decided to provide him with a loving forever home. He wasted no time wriggling into everyone's hearts and even alerted his mom to a venomous coral snake in the backyard. Who says little dogs can't be heroes?

Meet Lola, Our December Pet Of The Month!

World, meet Lola, our December Pet of the Month! Lola is an 11-year-old miniature dachshund with a larger-than-life personality. When she's not busy being adorable or wrapping herself around every little finger in the family, Lola comes up with creative games to keep herself amused. Her favorite is to use her scent hound skills to track down all the plug-in air fresheners in the house. Once she locates them, she pulls them from the wall and hides them in her bed!
